We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Why work for Nebraska Methodist Health System?" which is like an intro. Then Job Summary, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills/Knowledge/Abilities, Physical Requirements, Job Hazards, About Methodist (maybe About the organization). We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. The posting includes "Why work for Nebraska Methodist Health System?" which is a paragraph about culture. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have: - Intro: "Why work for Nebraska Methodist Health System? At Nebraska Methodist Health System, we focus on providing exceptional care..." This is about the organization culture. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Methodist". Since there is a later section "About Methodist Nebraska Methodist Health System is made up of four hospitals..." That's more about the organization. So we could have two sections: "About the role" (the why work for) and "About Methodist" (the description). But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might combine them? But they are distinct: one is culture/benefits, the other is organization description. Could put both under "About the role"? Might be okay but we need to preserve all info. Could have "About the role" covering why work for and organization description. However the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we can use those headings if appropriate. We could also use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. We have content for: - Job Summary (location, address, work schedule). Could be under "About the role" or maybe a separate "Job Summary" but not in list. Could incorporate into "About the role". But we have a separate "Work Schedule" later repeated. The schedule is given: Monday through Friday, hours between 8am - 5pm, part-time, 2 days/week. Then later "Schedule Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours between 8am - 5pm, part-time, 16hrs/wk." Slight discrepancy: 2 days/week vs 16hrs/wk (assuming 8hr day => 2 days = 16hrs). So schedule is part-time 2 days/week, 8am-5pm. We should include schedule info. Since we have a "Schedule" heading possible, we can include that. - Responsibilities: big list of essential functions (Joint (Floor and Phone) Medical Home...). We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Requirements: Education, Experience, License/Certifications. Could be under

    Requirements

    or

    Qualifications

. The instruction includes Qualifications as possible heading. We'll use Requirements for education/experience/license, and Skills for Skills/Knowledge/Abilities. - Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: under

    Skills

with list. - Physical Requirements: could be under a heading? Not in list but we could include as part of Requirements? But it's substantive. Could make a separate section "Physical Requirements" but not in examples. However we could treat as part of Requirements? Might be okay to add a heading Physical Requirements as

    Physical Requirements

though not in examples but still a heading. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are typical but not exclusive. Safer to stick to those headings. Physical Requirements could be placed under Requirements or maybe under a sublist within Requirements. We'll include it as part of Requirements (maybe as a subbullet). Similarly Job Hazards could be under Requirements or maybe under a separate section but we can include under Requirements as well. - About Methodist: description of organization. Could be under About the role? Or we could have a separate section "About Methodist" but not in examples. Could incorporate into About the role. - Benefits: The posting mentions "We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits and a great work environment where all employees are valued!" That's a benefit statement. Also later "competitive pay, excellent benefits". So we have some benefits info but not detailed. We could create a Benefits section with that statement. However the instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state "competitive pay, excellent benefits". So we can include Benefits and Pay sections. However we need to avoid vague statements? "competitive pay" is vague but it's stated. It's not placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's okay. We'll include Pay and Benefits sections with the exact phrasing. - Pay: The posting says "competitive pay". We'll put that under Pay. - Benefits: "excellent benefits and a great work environment where all employees are valued!" We'll put that under Benefits. - Schedule: we have schedule details. Thus sections: About the role (intro + organization description), Responsibilities, Requirements (education, experience, license/certifications, physical requirements, hazards), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like schedule repeated). We'll keep one schedule. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from responsibilities list, requirements list, skills list, physical requirements, hazards, etc. We need to format as HTML fragment: only the HTML, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:
