Registered Nurse - Progressive Care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to acutely ill patients in the progressive care unit
• Perform complex patient assessments and manage telemetry and IV therapies
• Respond to changes in patient condition promptly
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in care
• Support safe transitions of care and contribute to quality and safety initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure with relevant clinical experience
• Strong assessment skills and proficiency in telemetry and IV management
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement
