About the role

Join a dedicated nursing team as a Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive patient care during hospital stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments, including admission, transfer, post-op, and discharge evaluations.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnosis, labs, and physician orders.
• Administer medications, monitor IV fluids, and coordinate referrals and treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring patient education and discharge planning.
• Recognize changes in patient condition, respond appropriately, and document care and patient responses.
• Provide specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in quality initiatives, and maintain a safe, organized, and respectful environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in applicable states with BLS certification.
• Ability to perform age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and professional accountability.
• Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and performance improvement practices.
• Demonstrates empathy, respect, and commitment to service excellence.
