This position oversees clinical programs, ensuring the delivery of quality services to patients and the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and track patient outcomes using advanced techniques.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables.
- Interpret policies and objectives related to nursing services for staff and community groups.
- Create home care plans, schedules, resource estimates, and budgets.
- Conduct meetings to manage home care activities effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration; Master's preferred.
- 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- Minimum of 3 years healthcare management experience.
- Current Texas RN license required.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 5PM.
