About the role
Clinics and programs managed by this role focus on clinical care, research activities, and patient education for adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care or arrange for the provision of appropriate care for patients.
- Achieve and document age-specific patient needs as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care conferences and support psychosocial needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to evaluate and implement educational materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Applicable state Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Two years of nursing experience required.
- Pediatric or clinical research experience preferred.
- Five years of experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.

- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
- Reaching, stooping, and bending in file drawers.
- Working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
- Manual and finger dexterity.
- Ability to be mobile within the healthcare system as needed.
Skills
- Knowledge of growth and development over the life span.

Pay
Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Premium pay such as shift, on-call, and more based on a teammate's job. Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm - 40 hours per week. This position is primarily onsite with the opportunity to work remotely when operationally feasible.
