Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to promote residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and update care plans accordingly
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
- Implement department policies, goals, and procedures
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Current, active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, and maintained)
- Strong judgment, reasoning, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience
