Role Overview: The Pediatric Registered Nurse provides and oversees nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring compliance with laws and policies. They coordinate care plans with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and community resources to ensure continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality clinical services within scope and infection control standardsCoordinate patient care from admission to discharge with care team membersConduct clinical assessments as per program and payer requirementsVerify patient eligibility and medical necessity for servicesDevelop and update individualized care and service plans with community providersAdjust care plans as needed with physician approval to meet patient needs Qualifications & Skills Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the practicing stateCPR certificationAbility to work independently in diverse home environmentsValid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to transportationPreferred: 1+ years RN experience, pediatric background, strong communication, and organizational skills
