We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. We have a posting: Summary (description), Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): APPROVED! Learn more. This is an open continuous announcement until September 30 - 2026. Qualified applicants will be considered & referred as vacancies become available. Qualifications: Basic Requirements (English proficiency, nursing degree, licensure, etc.) Grade Determinations (scope education etc.) Preferred Experience: BSN 2-3 years Psych/Mental Health nursing experience, national certification, care coordination. Duties: list of duties. Then VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package: VA Nurse Total Rewards Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) Authorized: ... Pay: Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards Paid Time Off: 50 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave - 13 days of sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year) Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement) Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.- 4:30p.mor 7:30a.m- 4:00p.m Telework: Not Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements/Qualifications (basic requirements, grade determinations, preferred experience), Benefits (EDRP, PTO, retirement, insurance), Pay (competitive salary etc.), Schedule (work schedule). Also maybe Skills? Not explicit. Could omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for Pay, Schedule, Benefits. Also we have Education Debt Reduction Program info (EDRP) under Benefits. We need to include
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details: e.g., "Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): APPROVED! Learn more." This is a statement; we can put in Benefits or maybe About the role. Also "This is an open continuous announcement until September 30 - 2026. Qualified applicants will be considered & referred as vacancies become available." That's meta; we could put in About the role as a note. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: long text; we need to preserve all details. Could put as

    • each requirement? Might be long but we can break into bullet points. Grade Determinations: also detailed; we could include as subpoints under Requirements. Preferred Experience: bullet list. Duties: bullet list. Benefits: EDRP details, PTO, retirement, insurance, licensure requirement (though licensure is also a requirement). Pay: competitive salary etc. Schedule: work schedule Monday-Friday etc. We must not include Telework, Virtual, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, PCS as separate sections if they are just "Not Authorized". The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state them, so we include. For Telework etc., they are not benefits but maybe we could include under Benefits? But they say "Not Authorized". Might be considered filler? It's specific content but maybe we can include as part of Benefits or Schedule? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include Telework under Benefits or Schedule? But it's not a benefit; it's a work arrangement. Could include under Schedule? Not exactly. Might be better to omit because it's "Not Authorized" and could be considered boilerplate? It's specific but maybe we can drop as it's not a substantive benefit. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Telework not authorized is not boilerplate but it's a condition. However, we could include under Benefits? Might be considered a condition of employment. I'd include a short note under Benefits or maybe under Schedule? I'd rather include under Benefits as "Telework: Not Available". But that's thin. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Telework and Virtual into a note under Benefits or Schedule. I'd include a brief

under Benefits: "Telework: Not Available; This is not a virtual position." That seems okay. Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized; PCS: Not Authorized - also thin. Could omit as not substantive. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? Not required to keep exact but preserve all substantive information. We can rephrase but must not lose detail. Safer to keep close. Let's craft sections:
