Registered Nurse - Pre-Procedure

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), hold a current RN license, and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Preferred Certifications: ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials. Physical Skills: Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform movements like reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
