Registered Nurse- Pre + Post Op - Full Time

Blue Cloud is a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company, focusing on dental restorative and exodontia surgery for children and special needs patients under general anesthesia. We aim to provide safe, high-quality, and affordable care to families and payors. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled and dedicated care teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific care for pediatric and adolescent patient populations.
• Possess organizational skills, including prioritization, planning, assessment, implementation, evaluation, teaching, and delegation.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, physicians, and leadership.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with personnel, practitioners, patients, parents, and the public.
• Collaborate as a team member and exhibit strong leadership skills.
• Operate efficiently and rationally in emergency situations.
• Show clear and detailed knowledge of safety protocols, patient rights, infection control, risk management, equipment usage, and OR standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Current State License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of the nursing process and its application, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the operating room as a circulator and scrub nurse.
