Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay
$40–$47 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide RN patient care in the Procedure Suite
- Safely and accurately admit patients into the procedure suite, obtain procedural and anesthesia consents
- Assist gastroenterologist during procedures, collect and document specimens
- Safely recover patients, assess readiness for discharge, and provide post-procedure instructions
- Address patient and escort questions
- Review and assess patients’ appropriateness for outpatient procedures
- Advise on medication issues, holds, and pre-procedure testing requirements
- Cover pre-op and PACU areas
Requirements
- Active New York RN License
- BLS Certification
- Pre-op/Post-op experience
