Registered Nurse - Pre and Post Surgery

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
• Serve as primary coordinator for patient care across disciplines.
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and facilitate discharge planning with healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or valid multi-state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
• At least 2 years of experience in med/surg or procedural settings (preferred).
