Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans

- Follow physician and nursing orders accurately

Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a recognized state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of 2 years experience in med/surg or procedural settings preferred
- Requires diploma from an accredited nursing program
