Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and document patient care plans and conditions.
• Cookordination multidisciplinary care and execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and facilitate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; must have a compact or state-specific license.
• Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire; Neonatal Resuscitation certification from AAP within 6 months.
• At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting; postpartum or Mother-Baby experience preferred.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school required; STABLE certification preferred.
