About the role
Pool RN II B – Critical Care Nursing Pool. Eligible for Premium Pay. The Critical Care Pool will cover ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery, and Emergency Department.
- Teamwork and support – our multidisciplinary teams include experienced and new graduate RNs, providers, clinicians, and support staff who will help you transition to your new role.
- Expanded knowledge – rotation of each pool nurse through the units worked will continue to ensure competency in each area.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum 1 year of previous Critical Care experience required.
