We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why Mayo Clinic" paragraph, then "Benefits Highlights", then "Responsibilities", then "Qualifications", then maybe "License And Certification", "Exemption Status", "Compensation Detail", "Benefits Eligible", "Schedule", "Site Description". We need to include sections only if real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can choose headings that match content. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines (the responsibilities appear duplicated). We need to deduplicate. We need to include Benefits section with details: Medical: Multiple plan options. Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement account for flexible coverage. Vision: Affordable plan with national network. Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs for eligible expenses. Retirement: Competitive retirement package to secure your future. Also Compensation Detail: pay range $35.84 - $58.84. Also mention innovative nursing compensation model etc. That's substantive. Schedule: Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80, Schedule Details Monday-Friday, Days, 8 hour shifts, Weekend Schedule None. Benefits Eligible Yes (maybe part of Benefits? but we can include in Benefits or separate? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Benefits Eligible Yes is a detail; could be part of Benefits. We'll include in Benefits. Site Description: description of locations. Qualifications: includes graduate of nursing program, one year RN experience required, additional qualifications etc. Also License And Certification, Exemption Status Nonexempt. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe the "Why Mayo Clinic" paragraph). Responsibilities (the responsibilities). Qualifications (the qualifications). Benefits (benefits highlights). Pay (compensation detail). Schedule (schedule details). Possibly Requirements? Could combine Qualifications and Requirements. But we have Qualifications section; we could also have Requirements but maybe not needed. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine Qualifications and Requirements into one Qualifications section. We'll not create Requirements heading if not needed. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

But we have duplicated sentences; we need to deduplicate. The responsibilities block had repeated paragraphs about RN accountability etc. We'll keep unique items. Let's extract unique responsibilities: - Ambulatory RN vital member of surgical team outpatient clinical setting, working alongside surgeons, residents, NPs/PAs, other HC professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. - RN plays key role in preoperative and postoperative management of adult surgical patients within Plastic Surgery department, subspecialties: Breast Reconstruction, Craniofacial Surgery, Lymphedema, Gender-Affirming Care (Transgender). (that's application instruction, should be removed). So we remove that. Also note: "This role is eligible for TN sponsorship..." that's also maybe not boilerplate but could be considered part of qualifications? It's about sponsorship. Might be considered substantive. We'll keep maybe under Qualifications or a separate section? The instruction says include sections only when posting has real specific content. TN sponsorship is specific. Could be part of Qualifications or a separate "Additional Information". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put under Qualifications. We'll incorporate. Now Qualifications section: include graduate of nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE, NLN CNEA. One year RN experience required. Additional qualifications: Must have at least one year of floor nursing experience. Additional RN Plastics Operating Room experience helpful. Each Mayo Clinic location is a special place where our employees thrive in both their work and personal lives. Learn more about what each unique Mayo Clinic campus has to offer, and where your best fit is. We need to remove boilerplate like Equal Opportunity, Learn more about "EOE is the Law", Mayo Clinic participates in E-Verify, Recruiter Krithi Kesavan. Also remove duplicated lines. Now we need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Site Description could be part of About the role? But we have About the role already covering why Mayo Clinic. Site Description is separate location info; could be included under About the role as additional paragraph. But we might create a separate section "Location" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role. We'll keep About the role paragraph as given, then add a paragraph about locations maybe as part of About the role. But we must not invent headings not in list. So we can either add a paragraph under About the role that includes site description. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first about Mayo Clinic ranking and employee investment, second about locations. Now Benefits section: we have Benefits Highlights bullet list. Use
