Registered Nurse - PICC - Full Time - Day Shift

About the role

The Vascular Access Department at CoxHealth Center Branson is a team of specialized nurses providing ultrasound guided vascular access, including PICC lines and peripheral IVs. This team also provides vascular access services in other outlying facilities within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide ultrasound guided vascular access to patients in the hospital setting and in other community facilities.
• Assess and manage patients with various medical conditions, including critical care, pediatrics, and adult medicine.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage time efficiently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Show strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.
• Lead and mentor other members of the vascular access team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Previous nursing experience.
