What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 3+ years inpatient experience preferred
• ED/ICU/Med Surg experience
• Ideal candidate will be comfortable fielding cross cover calls from nurses at night and work to triage situations that don't need to be escalated to the MD.
