About the Role
United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Medicine Rehabilitation & Med-Surg RN to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, and/or surgery, with a strong emphasis on rehabilitation and functional improvement. This role blends traditional medical-surgical nursing with physical medicine and rehabilitation principles, supporting patients as they work toward increased mobility, independence, and a better quality of life.

Compensation Range
per hour, depending on experience
Sign-on Incentive
Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.
Education/Experience
Minimum Required: A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting
Licenses/Certifications
Minimum Required: Current NYS RN License
Preferred: Professional certification in a related nursing specialty
Relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned.
