About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Elara Caring, you will provide patient care across the entire continuum of care, making a meaningful impact by delivering quality care wherever patients call home. This role offers the opportunity to serve over 65,000 patients nationwide, significantly influencing their lives and the lives of their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes or other residential settings.
• Provide 1:1 patient care, ensuring the right care is delivered at the right time and place.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to perform job tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting.
• Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to exceeding patient expectations.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
