About the role

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluate intervention outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in evidence-based practice decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Actively engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and safety programs.
• Maintain accountability for unit metrics and participate in organizational activities aimed at enhancing quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing specialty training program.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Schedule
