About the Role

This role aligns with Performance Excellence / Project Manager functions, reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Support Services. The primary focus is to provide dedicated operational support and project management across nursing quality, safety, regulatory, and strategic initiatives. The position will bridge the gap between Quality and Nursing, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution of key priorities. It will drive accountability, standardize project management practices, and support measurable improvements in nursing-sensitive outcomes, regulatory readiness, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to quality, safety, and nursing excellence
  • Partner with nursing and quality teams to operationalize performance improvement initiatives
  • Track and drive progress on strategic priorities (e.g., Magnet readiness, regulatory preparedness, patient safety initiatives)
  • Improve consistency, follow-through, and visibility across initiatives
  • Support data-driven decision-making and outcome measurement

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment
  • Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area (Master of Science in Nursing is preferred)

Pay

Pay range: $35.80 - $53.70 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary based on location.
