About the Role

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to participate in the Perfect Match Program, rotating weekly through various units within their specialty to identify the best fit for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient care and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Develop individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrate compassion to support patient health and well-being.
• Assume responsibility, authority, and accountability for delivering care in line with policies and procedures.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive environment, ensuring a safe and quality-focused patient experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact license required.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant nursing experience preferred.
