Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Type: Per Diem, as needed Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 hourly, based on experience Key Responsibilities Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges through effective communication.Engage with patients and families to gather data and participate in interdisciplinary planning.Contribute to department goals, participate in training, and supervise direct care as needed. Qualifications Nursing degree and current Illinois RN license.CPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and therapeutic systems.Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional competence.
