About the Role
Provide specialized, family-centered care to high-risk and critically ill newborns in a Level II/III NICU.
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and manage infants requiring respiratory support, IV therapy, and complex treatments.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and team members to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Ability to educate and support families, fostering bonding and involvement.
