Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Role Overview

Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care across various hospital departments
• Ensure compliance with mission, values, and standards
• Adapt to flexible shifts including day and night, with no weekend or holiday requirements
• Maintain required certifications and licensure
• Perform physical duties such as lifting, standing, and bending

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license for the state or in a compact licensure
• Minimum of 1 year bedside RN experience in Med Surg; 2 years for specialized units
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS as applicable
• Epic experience is preferred
