Registered Nurse (Per Diem)

Role Overview

Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and patient-centered principles. Lead and support healthcare team members, demonstrating Service Excellence standards consistently. Oversee and guide subordinate staff, ensuring positive patient outcomes through collaboration and professionalism.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred. One year of acute care experience or successful completion of a specialty course within six months of hire. Current RN license in Nevada, BLS, and specialized certifications (ACLS, PALS, or NRP) as required. Pass pre-employment assessments and meet other facility-specific requirements.
