Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Role: Registered Nurse - Resource Team/Float Pool Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate and individualize patient care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions.Communicate clearly and effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Provide tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Provide high-quality nursing care, ensure effective communication, support patient education, and uphold professional standards to deliver safe, personalized healthcare in a dynamic environment.
