How you’ll make an impact in this role
Direct Patient Care and Monitoring: Perform continuous clinical assessment and monitoring of pediatric intensive care patients.
Advanced Interventions: Manage life support, ensure pharmacological accuracy, and maintain vascular integrity through advanced technical interventions.
Advocacy and Support: Serve as a clinical liaison, providing holistic advocacy and ethical support, with an emphasis on family-centered care.
Team Collaboration and Safety: Participate in rapid response situations, collaborate effectively with emergency leadership and interdisciplinary partners, and uphold unit safety standards.
Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing by hire date to position required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
