About the role
We are seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a pediatric psychiatric setting.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Delegate tasks and coordinate care for assigned patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform patient triage, scheduling, and education
- Establish IV access and administer medications
- Manage patient samples and enter orders
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
Requirements
- At least 1 year of applicable nursing experience
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Missouri
- Mandt certification
Schedule
Minimum commitment of 6 shifts every 6 weeks, including weekend and holiday shifts.
