About the role
Provide private duty homecare nursing with 1-on-1 care to pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Deliver skilled services according to prescribed orders
- Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practice state
- Current TB screening or Chest X-Ray
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior nursing experience preferred
