Registered Nurse - PCU Stepdown

About the Role

Provide continuous assessment, medication administration, and evidence-based care for patients transitioning from ICU or acute care in a PCU Stepdown unit. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor complex cardiac and telemetry patients, and respond swiftly to changes in their condition.

Requirements

• Active nursing licensure
• Clinical competency in cardiac and telemetry care
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
