About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Responsibilities
- Provides safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
- Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, ensuring excellent patient care, comfort, and security during vulnerable times.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited RN program.
- Holds a valid South Carolina nursing license.
- Possesses BLS and ACLS certifications.
- CPI training is required during orientation.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in progressive care unit settings preferred.
Skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
