Registered Nurse - PCU

We are seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Key responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions, managing cardiac rhythms, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate medical records, following infection-control standards, and educating patients and families. Qualifications include an active Virginia RN license, at least 2 years of recent PCU experience within the past 4 years, current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, a recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test, COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, and possibly additional credentials based on facility requirements. Skills required are excellent patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, interdisciplinary communication, adaptability to various hospital units, and adherence to safety standards.
