Registered Nurse - Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Outpatient - EDRP Authorized
Qualifications
- Basic Requirements:
- English Language Proficiency
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by ACEN or CCNE
- Completion of a master's level bridge program in nursing with coursework equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Possession of a current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth (including Puerto Rico), or the District of Columbia
- Credit for foreign nursing education higher than an associate degree requires a formal degree equivalency validation from a recognized equivalency evaluation accepted by VA
- Former EDRP participants are ineligible to apply.
- Five (5) years Med/Surg RN Experience
- Two (2) years RN ER/ICU Experience within the last three years
- One (1) year RN Adult Outpatient Primary Care Experience within the past three years
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Master's degree in a related field with a BSN
- Doctoral degree in Nursing
- Doctoral degree in a related field with a BSN

Benefits
The position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP).
Program Approval - award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application.
Former EDRP participants are ineligible to apply.
Pay
Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards
Paid Time Off: 50 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave - 13 days of sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year)
