Registered Nurse - Part Time - Night Shift

About the Role

The Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients by applying theoretical knowledge to clinical practice. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards, working across multiple facilities within a regional healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Float across various units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and adapt to different clinical environments.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and physical demands of the role.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure and recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for ICU and specialty units).
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movement.

Schedule

This role involves working night shifts as part of a regional float pool, serving a minimum of three facilities.
