Registered Nurse - part time/floater
About the role
The Nurse Floater will provide medication management and medication training and supports, medication education, health education, assessing general health needs, health/wellness training, psychotherapy and service coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing + 1 year of related experience OR Registered Nurse + 2 years of related Mental health/direct care experience.
- Valid PA RN License
- Valid Driver License and the ability to drive organization vehicles.
- Act 33/34/73 clearances
- Pre-employment Drug Test
Schedule
15-24 hours per week in the Acute Residential Programs (Journey Home LTSR, Monarch Springs LTSR, Glen Hazel LTSR and The RTFA).
A flexible schedule working a minimum of 2 shifts per month is required.
