Registered Nurse - part time/floater
About the role
The Nurse Floater will provide medication management and medication training and supports, health education, assess general health needs, offer health/wellness training, psychotherapy, and service coordination. They will also coordinate physical health treatment, appointments, and provide support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing + 1 year of related experience OR Registered Nurse + 2 years of related Mental health/direct care experience.
- Valid PA RN License.
- Valid Driver License and the ability to drive organization vehicles.
- Act 33/34/73 clearances.
- Pre-employment Drug Test.
Schedule
15-24 hours per week in the Acute Residential Programs (Journey Home LTSR, Monarch Springs LTSR, Glen Hazel LTSR and The RTFA). Flexible schedule working a minimum of 2 shifts per month is required.
