Registered Nurse - Pain Rehabilitation Center

About the Role

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospital outpatient Pain Rehabilitation Center (PRC), providing care for adults with chronic pain and related symptoms. The role involves working autonomously within an interdisciplinary team under medical and nursing leadership to support patient transitions and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct admission assessments and medication reconciliation.
• Facilitate patient and family education.
• Perform withdrawal and substance use risk assessments.
• Assist with discharge planning and support aftercare coordination.
• Provide direct patient care, mentoring, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Additional specialty certifications as needed.
• Eligibility for TN sponsorship with required licensure and certification.

Skills
