Registered Nurse - PACU

Responsibilities

• Follow aseptic sterile techniques per AORN/ASPAN standards.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments and manage pain.
• Anticipate case-specific needs based on procedures and patient condition.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or applicable state licensure.
• Certification in Advanced Life Support (within 6 months) and BLS (within 1 month); Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

Preferred Skills

• Cross-training in PACU and Day Surgery.
• Critical care experience and peripheral IV skills.
