Registered Nurse - Outpatient Surgery - Full Time

Role Overview

The outpatient staff nurse provides direct pre- and post-operative care, adhering to hospital standards and policies. They collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current Iowa RN license
• At least two years of surgical care experience

Skills & Certifications

• Knowledge of the nursing process
• Ability to follow instructions
• Skilled in caring for diverse age groups
• BCLS certification (required)
• ACLS and PALS (recommended)
