Registered Nurse – Outpatient – Podiatry
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Podiatry clinic located at 1801 N. Senate Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinic operations
- Perform a variety of patient care duties, including rooming patients, taking vitals, drawing up injections, wound care, post-operative care, patient education, triaging messages, completing disability paperwork, surgery screening, care coordination, and discharge planning for post-surgical patients
- Occasional travel to other sites may be required
Requirements
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions are considered for candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
- Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
Qualifications

Skills
