Registered Nurse - Outpatient Behavioral Health

About the role

An outpatient community-based clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to individuals with behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule in Manhattan, NY, focusing on patient-centered care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and health assessments.
• Cookordinate care and referrals for patients.
• Administer injections and perform phlebotomy.
• Educate patients on health and wellness.
• Participate in emergency response when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation within health databases.
• Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health clinicians.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience with behavioral health and/or substance use populations preferred.
• Proficiency in injections, phlebotomy, and wound care a plus.
• Strong communication and crisis management skills.

Pay

$90,000-$92,000 Per Year + additional 2k for anyone Bilingual Spanish Speaking
