Registered Nurse - Orthopedic Spine Telemetry - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse, Orthopedic Medical Surgical Telemetry Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel, collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes, and promote safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications: Active professional Nursing Licensure in IL, graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills necessary for patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care during night shifts, contribute to safety and quality improvements, and support team-based healthcare delivery.
