Position: Registered Nurse, providing care across diverse patient populations with a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Maintain regulatory compliance and take responsibility for nursing outcomes.Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in patient care delivery.Contribute to positive safety outcomes and enhance patient experience. Qualifications & Skills: Current IL Nursing License and BLS/CPR certification.Preferred BSN degree with at least 1 year of nursing experience.
