Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, BSN)
- Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit needs
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
