Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to guests on our Night Shift
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services and outcomes

Requirements

Avantara Groton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Night Shift team.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of [State]
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but not required
