Registered Nurse - OR (Full-Time, Days)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient care in the Operating Room, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members
• Performing duties aligned with organizational standards and mission

Qualifications and skills

• At least 1 year of OR nursing experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and other physical tasks

Schedule

12-hour day shifts on weekends in the Operating Room, which includes general, urology, plastics, gyn, orthopedic, neurosurgery, and cardiothoracic surgeries.
