Registered Nurse OR Circulator
About the Role
The Registered Nurse OR Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, and work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases
- Position and prep patients for surgery
- Circulate cases in a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-specialty surgery center
- Maintain scrupulous infection control standards
- Collaborate with an interdependent multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current unrestricted RN license to practice in Nevada
- 1+ years of experience working as a Circulator (general surgery experience required)
- ACLS and PALS certification accredited by AHA
- Experience circulating DaVinci Robot cases is a plus
Schedule
Variable hours, Monday through Friday, during the day shift. Specific start and end times may vary based on operational needs but are generally within standard daytime business hours. No call, nights, weekends, or holiday work required.
