About the Role
This full-time RN position in the OR Operating Room AIP involves providing direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or operating room settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care
- Prioritize patient safety and wellness
- Precept new staff
- Contribute to quality outcomes
- Participate in clinical education supporting specialty training and competency validation during orientation
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN licensure
- At least 6 months of OR RN experience or completion of a fellowship
- BLS certification
Candidates with over 2 years of OR RN experience may receive additional differential pay.
